Clinicians Key is a platform created and managed by a dedicated group of NHS doctors currently progressing through higher specialty training programmes in the UK. Having built our medical careers from the ground up, we’ve personally navigated the entire journey — from foundation years to specialty training — and deeply understand the challenges and complexities faced by candidates pursuing a medical career in the NHS.

Our mission is to guide and support aspiring doctors in successfully securing training programmes and building competitive CVs. We are passionate about empowering our peers by sharing insights, resources, and expert advice drawn from our own experiences and our current roles across various specialties.
